Why Become Bankable and What Does That Mean?
Access to Larger Loans, Lower Rates, for Longer Terms

It's nothing more than knowing

There is a massive difference between being "Fundable" and "Bankable". Fundable typically means being funded by a non-bank lender through alternative funding programs. There are tens of millions of businesses in the U.S. who fit in this funding category.

But Fundable is not Bankable. Non-Bankable funding is typically the most expensive and can be as high as 35% interest and higher. It is usually short term, with repayment periods commonly between one and two years on smaller amounts borrowed.   

Being Bankable means having access to much larger fundings, up to $5 million +, with much longer repayment periods; out as far as 20 years, and much lower interest rates, in the 12% to 15% range.

For example, most business owners are unsure what their "Bank Rating" is. Yet, it is the single most important item determining their ability to service a debt.
