Who Can Play?
Any registered member in good standing with Blue Capital Resources can play the Blue Lotto Game.
How It Works
Blue Lotto is a Quarterly Fundraiser that supports our Member Hardship Program Fund. Like individuals, businesses also face tough times. Jackpots are preset and determined by member participation. Every ticket purchase goes directly to the fund. 10% of the jackpot goes to support Free Legal Clinics and Legal Charities.
Game Rules
Members may purchase one ticket for $3 or ten tickets for $10. Tickets are transferable to BCR Members only.
