Access to Larger Loans, Lower
Rates, for Longer Terms
It’s nothing more than knowing
There is a massive difference between being “Fundable” and “Bankable”. Fundable typically means being funded by a non-bank lender through alternative funding programs. There are tens of millions of businesses in the U.S. who fit in this funding category.
But Fundable is not Bankable. Non-Bankable funding is typically the most expensive and can be as high as 35% interest and higher. It is usually short term, with repayment periods commonly between one and two years on smaller amounts borrowed.
Being Bankable means having access to much larger fundings, up to $5 million +, with much longer repayment periods; out as far as 20 years, and much lower interest rates, in the 12% to 15% range.
Our objective extends beyond merely helping you secure a loan; we strive to ensure that you comprehend and manage the entire ecosystem of capital and compliance.
what’s on the test before taking it.
The process of a small & large businesses “Becoming Bankable” is not difficult, but it can be complicated. The issue is that ninety nine percent (99%) of small business owners who apply for funding have no idea how they are being graded by lenders.
For example, most business owners are unsure what their “Bank Rating” is. Yet, it is the single most important item determining their ability to service a debt.
BCR will ensure that our members are in ‘the know’ when it comes to Bank Ratings, UCC Filings, Lender Compliance Items, FICO Scores, Business Credit Scores, Intelliscores, Paydex scores, and everything you need to know to secure funding ranging from $250K to millions of dollars to scale and grow your business. It’s what you don’t know about your business that’s hurting you and keeping you from “Becoming Bankable”.

Win Cash, Scholarships, and Awards by Volunteering and Assisting in Pro Bono Legal Services in Your Community
BCR’s Americans’ Right to Counsel (ARC) Initiative is an innovative national pro bono rewards and recognition program designed to spotlight members who volunteer their time, expertise, and resources to serve others, demonstrating our firm commitment to help minimize the number of ‘legal deserts’ across America. The need for affordable legal assistance continues to grow. BCR is partnering with Legal Aid Clinics, Pro Bono firms, Bar Associations, State and Federal Programs, and other Legal Organizations across the nation to ‘Raise the Bar’ for legal professionals and students who volunteer to help strengthen access to justice in underserved and vulnerable communities, through pro bono representation, legal education, mentorship, and community outreach.
We also recognize that this huge undertaking is better served when we embrace an ‘all hands-on deck’ philosophy. We welcome not just attorneys, paralegals, and students to participate, but all BCR members are encouraged to volunteer in some capacity, under the supervision of a bar-numbered facilitator. Upon becoming a member, you will have immediate access to our national pro bono database. You can either work with legal aid organization that you have already established a relationship with, or you may choose to work with an accredited pro bono service provider near you, or online. You can begin submitting and tracking all of your annual pro bono volunteer work in the BCR-ARC Initiative Program. Your points begin to accumulate on day one of your membership.
ARC Initiative is one of our Signature Programs designed exclusively for American Legal Professionals in every area of law. BCR is committed to Raising the Bar – And the Funds to Help Our Members Thrive.
