Who Can Play?
Registered Blue Capital Resources members in good standing can play the Blue Lotto Game. Members may register and purchase tickets via our website. Tickets are not transferrable.
How It Works
Blue Lotto was created exclusively for BCR Members. It serves as fundraiser to support our Member Hardship Fund(MHF) and other Member Programs.
Like individuals, businesses also face tough times. Every ticket purchase goes directly to the fund. Jackpot amounts are based on Blue Lotto ticket sales prior to the Drawings. Winners receive the entire Jackpot, minus applicable state taxes.
Ten percent of all Blue Lotto Game profits are donated to Free Legal Clinics and other Legal Charities.
