No, unfortunately, because of the various membership perks and benefits, you must wait until you have reached 12 months in your current subscription package before you are allowed to switch membership subscriptions. Lifetime Members never have to pay again.

Members may pause their membership payments for up to 90 days, then reactivate at no additional charge. This locks in their current rate should membership fees increase.

Only BCR Members in Good Standing/Active Memberships are eligible to to play the Blue Lotto Game for Jackpots.

Paused/Hold Memberships may continue to participate in Blue Lotto and all other Member Programs after reactivating their membership and bringing to 'Active Status'. 

Members may cancel their BCR subscription at any time. Members may still enjoy full access to all benefits until the paid subscription time period ends.

Members who cancel their membership subscriptions are no longer eligible to play Blue Lotto or eligible for any other BCR Programs. They are eligible to rejoin at any time.

Jackpot winnings are processed immediately and should appear in your account within 72 hours if you have direct deposit set up. If not, a check for your winnings will be mailed via the United States Postal Service to the address you have on file with BCR.

Members have 72 hours to claim their Blue Lotto Jackpot if they win. If the winner/s have not claimed their jackpot within the 72 hour time period another drawing will be held and the previous winner/s will lose all claim rights.

BCR Membership benefits are not transferrable. Each Member must have his/her own BCR account and fit the legal professional criteria for membership.
