Legal Professional – Any person whose primary duties include providing, offering, or assisting in the delivery of legal services to the general public or to another legal entity or charity.

Students in active pursuit of any legal or law-related training, certificate, or degree are eligible for membership.

(While we respect and honor all ‘Law Enforcement’ Officers and Officials across the U.S., they are not eligible for BCR membership since they have their own private or exclusive law enforcement clubs & organizations)

A more detailed list of America’s Legal Professional/Entrepreneur Ecosystem consists of:

Judges, Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Administrative Assistants/ Legal Secretaries, Court-digital-video Reporters, Court Staff, Process Servers, Mediators, Legal & Law Professors/Administrators, Legal Writer/Editor, Conflict Resolver, Investigators, Legal Document Preparers/Reviewers, Litigation Support, Trial Technicians, e-Discovery Service Providers, Title Examiners, Freelancers, Notaries, Legal Studies Students, College/University Staff Members, and the like.

All are qualified and eligible to volunteer, assist, and participate in our ARC Initiative. (Americans’ Right to Counsel – Legal Aid and Pro Bono Work Scholarship and Awards Program)

All Legal Studies Students must Register with BCR for Membership using their assigned school email addresses.

College/University Staff Members may use their [.edu] email to join BCR, but cannot register under the student discount.

The $42 Student Discount is reserved only for students actively enrolled in a Legal Studies Program that issues Certifications, Diplomas, or Degrees.

To be presented in our ‘Blue Members of Distinction’ you simply need to be nominated by another BCR member. That member needs to send us an email stating in at least 200 words why you should be recognized as a distinguished person in your legal field.

Be sure to place in the Subject area, ‘Blue Member of Distinction Nomination’ and email to: support@bluecapitalresources.com.

One of our Administrative Team Members will reach out to you, usually within three days.

We will choose 3 members each month.

Members may ‘Pause/Put on Hold’ their membership payments for up to 90 days, then reactivate at no additional charge. This locks in their current rate should membership fees increase.

Only BCR Members in Good Standing/Active Status are eligible to to play the Blue Lotto Game for Jackpots.

Members may cancel their BCR subscription at any time by going to ‘Account’ and clicking ‘Cancel’. Members may still enjoy full access to all benefits until the paid subscription time period expires.

They are eligible to rejoin at any time.

Jackpot winnings are processed immediately and should appear in your account within 5 to 7 days after the closing of the Jackpot Drawing. If you prefer, a check for your winnings can be mailed to your business or home address, via the United States Postal Service.

Members have 72 hours to claim their Blue Lotto Jackpot if they win. If the winner/s have not claimed their jackpot within the 72 hour time period another drawing will be held and the previous winner/s will lose all claim rights.

BCR Membership benefits are not transferrable. Each Member must have a separate BCR account that meets all BCR criteria for membership.
