Who Can Play?
Registered Blue Capital Resources members in good standing can play the Blue Lotto Game. Members may register and purchase tickets via our website. Tickets are not transferrable. Drawings will be held live on our website.
How It Works
Blue Lotto was created exclusively for BCR Members. It serves as fundraiser to support our Member Hardship Fund(MHF) and other Member Programs.
Like individuals, businesses also face tough times. Every ticket purchase goes directly to the fund. Jackpots are preset. Winners receive the entire Jackpot, minus applicable state taxes.
Ten percent of all Blue Lotto Game profits are donated to Free Legal Clinics and other Legal Charities.
Game Drawing
Members can purchase Blue Lotto tickets up until one hour before the drawing. Members will be notified via email, text, or both prior to the drawing. If Jackpot winnings are not claimed within 72 hours, a new drawing will be held and a new winner will be selected.
